Frieze

The 2013 Frieze Art Fair of high-fashion art opened today in London’s The Regent’s Park. It’s supported by the world’s leading contemporary art galleries, and is reckoned to set the styles for the near future.

Beside the main covered displays is a Sculpture Park, showing about twenty examples of the latest creations. The sculptures have been selected by Clare Lilley, Director of Programme at Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

One theme this year involves reflecting surfaces, confusing the reality of the background with images from around the observer and the observed.
